Job Title: Automobile Paint/Body Worker
Location: Winter Park, FL (32792)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Paint/Body Worker to join our production team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to chassis assembly and exterior finishing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with surface preparation, paint processes, and bodywork techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform chassis assembly tasks as assigned
• Prepare and treat surfaces using Alodine and other approved materials
• Buff and polish surfaces to meet quality standards
• Complete beltline work and body finishing tasks
• Inspect work to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in paint/body work or related field
• Ability to use buffers, sanders, and other bodywork tools
• Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and follow instructions and production specifications
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
