FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Position Location: Findlay, OH
Position Shift: 1st Shift: 6:15am - 2:45pm, Tuesday - Saturday
Position Salary: $18.00
Our client located in Findlay, Ohio is searching for an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join their team.
Job Duties:
- To load and unload trailers for warehousing purposes in a safe and timely fashion.
- Have a good understanding of our paperwork process and filling out paperwork correctly as follows:
- Inbound and outbound shippers which may include special instruction.
- Relocation sheets - ensure inventory is correct when moving products.
- Stage sheets - determines where product will be coming from when not in the product’s original row or a row specified for that product.
- Check sheets – a list of procedures that need followed for each customer for inbound and outbound processes.
- Hour sheets - used to charge a customer for extra labor that we don’t usually bill for.
- Door and temp check - ensure food grade security standards.
- Lift checks – used to prevent equipment damage and show we are compliant with our equipment.
- Housekeeping – records to keep show we are compliant with food grade standards.
