Job Title: General Warehouse Associate
Location: Hiram, GA
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Weekend availability may be required)
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
Job Summary:
We’re hiring General Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution or production environment. This is a hands-on role involving physical tasks and consistent movement throughout the shift. Reliable attendance, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
- Move products to appropriate storage areas
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the majority of the shift
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check, E-Verify, and drug screen
Additional Information:
- Steel-toe boots may be required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
