Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Burlington, NJ 08016 (Industrial Park)
Pay Rate: $17/hour (increases to $18/hour upon permanent hire)

Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing.
Perform routine equipment checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and communicate problems to supervisors.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Must speak fluent English (managers do not speak Spanish).
Prior machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work rotating shifts and mandatory overtime.
Must pass background check and drug screening (including THC).
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment.
