Our esteemed clients are in need of an experience Maintenance Technician to join their team at their Brooklyn, OH location. This is an exciting direct hire opportunity starting $20-$24/hr- depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Timely completion of work orders including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- Preventative maintenance of the grounds and amenities
- Communication with the Property Manager to assure highest level of safety and standards throughout the property
- Make ready apartments for new tenants
- Work with outside vendors
- Respond to after hour and weekend emergencies as needed
Job Requirements:
- Previous Maintenance Technician experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge
- Detail orientated and reliable with strong communication and customer service skills
