Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (480-hour conversion)
Pay Week: Monday–Sunday (Weekly Pay)

Position Overview:

We are hiring Prep Associates to support food preparation and packaging operations in a refrigerated warehouse environment. This role is responsible for prepping raw food products, portioning ingredients, and ensuring accurate measurements before items are sent to production lines.

This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with prior food handling or warehouse experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a cold environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open, sort, and prep raw food products according to specifications
• Measure and portion ingredients with accuracy
• Follow all food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift
• Work independently or in small teams to support various food assembly tasks
• May operate equipment or IT devices related to food packaging
• Check ingredients for freshness and proper rotation
• Accurately complete routine paperwork related to packaging and labeling
• Identify and escalate any product, food safety, or equipment issues
• Willingness to assist in other warehouse departments as needed

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a food production or food warehouse environment preferred
• Familiarity with GMPs and safe food handling procedures
• Ability to follow instructions, safety protocols, and maintain quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to work in a cold environment and on your feet throughout the shift

• Warm clothing layers and jackets
• Work gloves (provided or bring your own)
• No facial jewelry, artificial nails, fake eyelashes, ripped pants, or Crocs permitted
