Position Title: Quality Assurance Associate
Location: Dallas, TX 75237
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday | 5:00 AM – approx. 2:30 PM (End time may vary depending on production needs)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Quality Assurance Associate to support ongoing quality control efforts in a food production environment. This role ensures product quality through continuous audits and communication with the quality team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in cold environments for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Specialist with Gold Standard compliance and table setup.
Perform continuous audits of tables (each table at least once per hour).
Audit bins of finished products consistently throughout the shift.
Audit pack lines at least twice per hour and finished boxes at least three times per hour.
Record audit results in the Quality Tool Suite accurately and timely.
Notify Specialists and Quality Auditors of any issues immediately.
Attend monthly refresher training sessions with the Quality team.
Participate in startup communication meetings with the Quality department.
Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with food safety protocols.
Skills & Experience:
1–2 years of experience in food production or warehouse environments preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stay focused, calm, and productive under pressure.
Experience working in fast-paced, team-driven settings.
Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs and working in cold environments (coolers, freezers, etc.).
Able to stand for up to 10–12 hours and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Flexible availability including weekends and extended production hours.
Work Environment & Requirements:
PPE Required: Warm layered clothing, non-slip closed-toed shoes, work gloves.
Dress Code: No facial jewelry, artificial nails, fake eyelashes, pants with rips/holes, or Crocs.
Timekeeping: Client-managed timeclock system.

Background Check: Required (submission documents must be completed)
Pay Week: Monday – Sunday (Paid weekly)
First Paycheck: Based on start date and client’s timekeeping system.
