This is a full-time, long-term position o ering competitive pay, a 4-day workweek, and a supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities  Perform hand soldering and touch-up of components (resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs) on printed circuit boards (PCBs).  Conduct thru-hole and SMT soldering, rework, and repair following IPC-A-610 Class 1–3 standards.  Solder wires and cable harnesses to PCBs.  Use microscopes for fine-pitch soldering and precision inspection.  Ensure PCBs meet quality and cleanliness standards.  Operate batch cleaners and maintain an organized, safe workspace. Qualifications / Skills  1+ year of experience in hand soldering, PCB assembly, and rework.  Comfortable using microscopes for precision work.  Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards (preferred).  Strong attention to detail with steady hand skills.  High School Diploma or equivalent.
